What an interesting mod. I remember playing an RPG session in this setting, using books published by Green Ronin Publishing I think. This is a mod I will follow closely and keeps my fingers crossed that everything works out.

I'm always amazed by the sheer tenacity of the Civilization modders. Civ 4 is already aging and surrounded by strong competition (like Elemental and Civ 5). Yet still the community is launching huge new projects like this one. I for one applaud your efforts Dewell.

ah damn, forgot to update here ... so, I wasn't able to meet my deadline, shame on me but right now there's still a major bug that is hard to find and I got so much to do off this mod.

After the first version of this modmod is released we will get the second and the third at two year intervals. Five years later we will get the fourth, but it will only contain half the changes promised. No one knows when the fifth version will be released, but it's being worked on.

There are a sixth and seventh version, but these are purely myth.

on topic: I'm on holidays in sunny denmark until Sunday Release will be next week but I can't determine the exact day, it depends on how quick I can find the damn bug. For those who are interested: There seems to be a wrong unit art style link that causes a crash when being built/researched for the first time by any civ. And as civ modders know, wrong unit art doesn't return any error messages

The upload of the alpha version is currently running (rapidshare.com), there are 7 files 98MB each, 603MB at all.

How to install and the download link will be found in the initial post soon.

it's up, hope some of you can get it to work ...

first problem: Some people get an error message after loading the mod "GFC Error: failed to initialize the primary control theme"

I guess it has sth. to do with the renaming of the original "Fall From Heaven 2" mod ... there must be a wrong link or sth ...

EDIT: Found the error, uploaded a bugfix I recommend to download because most of you shouldn't be able to start the mod without it. All download links are in the first post!
