The borders, they make no sense!

I didn't have enough LP for the rest, so to try to insure nobody claims my rightful territory, I closed it in.

Pretty legit if you ask me ;D

Why would a nation leave an empty blob of land right in the middle of it :p

Ever read Peshawar Lancers?

Imagine me sending several comets into continental Europe.

Suggest you fix those borders. ;)

Why would a nation start out of no where in WWI era with the entirety of NA and CA, and northern SA?

Nope! spoilers please.

If it's really necessary, I'll make the borders make sense xD

Oh, my cities are the same as posted on the first map, Quebec, Mexico City, and Washington.

At least it isn't powergaming, like starting off encircling a large chunk of land.

I don't see how starting with almost half the world isn't some sort of powergaming.

But I'll go ahead and fix my borders :P

Instead of limiting players to the number of cities they already had in SonIOT, I'm going to change it.

Create as many cities as you want and divide the current amount of IPs you have into those cities. Each city must at least have 10 IPs however. On another note, a player who comes with their original nation instead of making a new nation will get priority on the map. Shouldn't be that big of a deal since territory is mainly useful for defending.

History time, to tie it into the last game.

The Kingdom of Israel continued to be a dominant power in Middle East, eventual annexing Iraf, and touching the borders of India. Then came the Age of Discovery. Colonies were founded in Florida, Virginia, and Canada, and they grew, slowly and surely annexing the local tribes. Their were given semi-independence, and the Colonies of California, Mexico, Florida, New Israel (New England) and Canada were formed. They would continue to found more colonies, till all of NA and Northern SA were in their hold.

Then Revolution. A particularly corrupt and harsh king came into power, and coupled with growing want for the people to govern pushed Israel to a breaking point. Eventually, Persia, and the Kingdom of Arabia declared that they were breaking off, and there was a three way struggle for power. As the King began to lose, most colonies saw that it would be a good time to finally declare independence. The Kingdom was eventually divided between Arabia and Persia, and the last remnants of Israeli culture was in America.

The Former Colonies decided they would never survive alone, and they banded together to from the Union of American States. But, even with them working together times were tough. It was not like the industrialized land of the Middle East, but a new frontier, a place to explore. This period of time were like the RL USA, so refer to that. By 1870, the common man thought he was a subject of the Merchants and Business Owners, and inspired by the teaching of Karl Marx they rebelled. The revolution was tough, many lost their lives. But on 1882, the UAS government surrendered, and the USSA was set up. It has now become a great industrialised power, with ambitions on reclaiming the Motherland.

This is its history.

Does that count?

Does that count?

Colombo, Quebec, and Alaska would get their core territories if they came back. As for the rest, eh, negotiate that out I suppose. Otherwise, your claims are fine.

Since we are using a different map, the core territories are going to be around the same area, if that the case, I might need to make a new map.

Or grab some Central African territories. :P

Thats my plan, kinda.

I'd like to take the time to point out that he never said how many territories everyone gets, and that it's probably considerably less than what you took what looks like an hour to fill in.

edit: wait, there's a whole new page. I'm so confused. How much crap do I have?

1. He said how many you LPs you had as of last update.

2. If I lost count, I actually rounded up what I thought it was. Plus, I actually put tally marks on a piece of paper as I was doing it.

This should help. Take Total LPs. That's the amount of territories you can claim or at least get into the ballpark.
