Info:
The ship Rotterregen is an exploration/combat ship designed by an unknown government. The ship is an expirimental ship with many new technologies put to us in it, including a new double-shield generator and a more powerful engine. The ship is hard to hit, takes a lot of damage, and can pack a punch for a ship it's size. The ship was partaking in combat with an enemy fleet when a wormhole opened up, damaging both fleets and transporting the Rotterregen to a different galaxy. Now the Rotterregen seeks to return to it's own galaxy by finding the wormhole that brough it here, but it won't be so easy...
OOC:And now, I begin the story!
IC: The ship called the
Rotterregen appeared in view about 20 light years away from the planet Adelaide. At first, the ship was flipping slowly, but soon the engines fired up and the ship stabalized. Meanwhile on the bridge, the head command of the
Rotterregen picked themselves up. The first to rise was the second-in-command, Commander Banks.
"Sir, are you alright? Sir? Damn! Somebody get the..."
"I'm alright, Banks, calm down," Captain Maldor said as he got up. He looked around the bridge as everyone else began to rise, some shaking their heads. The only one still standing after going through the worm hole was the electronics officer Lieutenant Gamma, the only robot on the ship.
"Commander Banks, you are bleeding," Gamma said calmly, pointing at Bank's head. The Commander brushed his forehead and looked at his hand, which had blood smeared on it.
"Banks, head to the Medical bay. I can take things from here," Maldor said to him. Banks nodded his head and walked to the elevator in the back of the bridge. "Gamma, what is our status?" Maldor continued.
"Our shield's down, but our hull is undamaged," Gamma replied. "Our intership communications were temporarily disabled, but all systems are back online."
"Very well," Galdor said as he picked up his comminicator. "Collins, what's the status of our engines?" he radioed to the engine room.
"Sir, Collins was knocked unconcious," said a different voice. "He's being taken to the medical bay."
"Who is this?" Maldor asked, sounding worried.
"Thompson, sir," said the voice. "As for the engines, the wormhole shut down our starboard engine. We can't go past Warp 6 until we get it back online."
"And the power core?"
"Fully functional."
"Thank you, Thompson. Maintain the engines until further notice."
"Yes, sir!" Thompson said as the communicator clicked off. Maldor noticed that Rutherford was also up. "Rutherfored," Maldor said. "What's our weapon status?"
"Believe it or not, the weapons are still at full power," Rutherford said roughly. "So is our docking bay and our fighters."
"Fine, split weapon power with the engines," Maldor ordered. "Gamma, where is the nearest planet? We may need a new warp core."
"The nearest planet is about 20 light years away, but that's not all on radar..." Gamma said. The bridge went silent as Galdor asked, "What do you mean?"
"There is a ship heading in our direction. It doesn't have any allied markings."
"Is it a Syndicate ship?" Maldor asked.
"No sir, it doesn't have any Syndicate markings," Gamma replied
"Is it a Deglian ship?"
"No, none of their warships move that fast."
"Very well, hail the ship," Maldor oredered. As a comm channel opened up, Captain Maldor said, "Greetings, this is Captain Galvin Maldor of the ISS
Rotterregen. Please identify yourselves."
OOC: So who did the
Rotterregen meet? We'll find out...
