Spamming array improvements for one science one energy

Its actually written on the tooltip too, its just hard to understand.

Academies and Manufactories also give a passive +2 science / production gain.

So you actually get +5 / +7 from them without / with the virtues that boots them.

That is a tooltitp error. They had +2 yield, that was changed and someone forgot to remove that text. Now the game shows the old extra HELP tooltip and the actual yield, causing confusion.

Oh well, so I heard they actually also gave +2 passive.

I'm not sure now.
