I'm downloading now. I'll let you know what I think. I'm slightly concerned that the new bombardment ability (bring them down to 0.1 health rather than whatever limit it was before) might make Archery units a bit overpowered, but I'll try it and see first. EDIT: looks like my fears were ill-founded. It's good.
One thing off the top of my head: any chance on giving Spies a new action (really an old action from Civ II): plant a nuke and detonate it in an enemy city.

The shrimp resource seems to work properly, and the load mods -- but I still get that error.
Also, none of the new leaders have meeting text. Might want to add that in the next build; it just feels weird.
