I intend for this to be an informational/opinion poll only. I do not have a detailed plan to present and want to get the citizens input into what actions the Ministry of the Interior should pursue over the course of the next few turnchats.

The two major goals I set out for the Ministry of the Interior when I ran for office have been completed. We have connected the horse resource and 1 of the two wheat resources that lay within our borders. The second wheat resource will be farmed soon. At that time we will have connected every resource currently within our cultural boundaries.

What I would like to discuss and gather opinions on now is whether our next major goal should be specializing our cities towards production, growth, or commerce. There is also an option to develop a balanced infrastucture around our cities while planning for futher expansion.

I would like citizen input on this topic.

Specialization of every city - even to a lesser degree, with less easily classifiable cities - is the key to economic might.

I vvoted to specialise each city - but this is because I have heard it said many times by experienced players. It is something I'm very bad at myself. This is somehting I'm really looking forward to learn, so I hopeplenty of folk who have got the hang of this will post here.

I'm presenting a series of roundtables that should lay the groundwork for debate about city specialization in the Citizens' Forum. The first topic for discussion, about the overlap at our capital, has been posted there. Please take a look.
