If you are losing wonders to the AI, save your game under'spying mission'; establish embassies to find out the years to completion of the wonder (only if in the capital), retrieve your spy (oops file),
and work on something else if you can't narrow the "missile gap".


If the AI didn't want you to spy/cheat it would not have given you the ability.

I don't know how to check with your embassy to get the info supplied at the time it is established in succeeding years.

You can do this legit, ya know. Just hit F7, see what cities you need to look at, then use your embassy (the small E on the box in the lower right) to look at that city.

I assume you actually build embassies, etc. to see the F4 web and later the accurate F3 displays.

Besides there won't be reloadin' in MP (I hope)

Sorry but my eyes must be bad because I just built an embassy and can't find that 'e' anywhere. Please describe its location so I can find it.

There are 2 ways, one you can click on the star or pentagon by the name of your capital on the map. The other is the 'E' on the far right lower side on the information box in the corner. The E will only be there if you have at least one embassy.

Is there an installation preference for the embassy? I click on the capital star of my own city and it just allows me to build more embassies. There is no 'E' in the box title frame of my city. I could not understand the reference to it in the manual nor now. these blinkers make me blind.
I just built two embassies but the title box shows 11 Thebes: 6 and Pyramids 11 under it
I do not have the CIA or Pentagon.

Once you have establish an embassi, then click on the star near AI capital city, not yours.

If your worried about wonders why not:

Click the option in the unit editor to allow the warrior unit to speed up wonders(like a leader and you can give this ability to any unit)

Unless you click the option for the AI to use as a leader, they will never use it. Just build a bunch of cheap warriors before they become obsolete and whenever you can build a wonder -POOF- instant wonder.
