Are these wonders affected by gold/research multipliers in the city they are built? Or are the religious buildings of your state religion (in terms of the gold or research benefit) affected by the multiplier. OR do you just get a flat rate of gold/research based on the number of religious buildings.

Flat rate.

I think +2 GPT for the Spiral Minaret (per building empire-wide) and +2 :science: for the University.

Question - does it refer to Monasteries and "Cathedrals" (i.e. Mandir, Synagogue, Mosque, Stupa, Cathedral, Pagoda etc) or just Temples?

I presume it's all of them, but I was hoping you would tell me :). So do buildings associated with your religion in somebody elses cities not count towards these wonders?

The Spiral Minaret and University of Sankore cause all buildings that require that your state religion be present in a city to build produce +2:gold: or +2:science: respectively. This gold or research is produced by that building, not the wonder. It is multiplied by gold/science modifiers, respectively, but not commerce modifiers, such as beurocracy. It only applies for your buildings, not other civs.

So it is Temples, Cathedrals and Monasteries, then, Tibur?
