Stables improve siege units?

I'm shocked to hear that some people don't get fully promoted artillery. I have them in almost every single game I play. They are utterly essential!

Well... yes but ...

This is fairly recent... before the battering ram nerf siege engines were a total waste of prod ans time to manoeuvre !

I'm VERY happy that they made this change and made artillery finally very useful, almost, as you say, essential !
