This is a normal, 4000 BC story NES. I have done my best to keep it as simple as possible.
MILITARY
Armies increase by 100 troops every time you increase army.
Navies increase by 5 ships.
To train your army, it costs one economy level. If your economy goes down too much, it goes down one level.
LEVELS:
Poor
Moderate
Great
ECONOMY
You must say what you want to do to increase your economy. Don't just say "Grow economy". When you increase economy, you cannot do anything else that turn. If you upgrade 2 things at once, you lose an economy level.
Economy Sizes:
Depression
Recession
Failing
Stable
Growing
Prosperous
Outstanding
You can make wonders, say the effect, and I will determine the amount of turns.
TRADE
To trade with another nation, say so in your orders. For every trade route you have, you gain one economy level about every other turn(it's random). Both nations have to pay 1 economy level to start a trade route.
APPROVAL RATING
How many of the people like you. This is determined by how much you write stories. How this effects you depends on your government.
I say when you advance an age. If you grow education, you have a better chance of advancing an age.

2. Idiotic
3. Ignorant
4. Very Poor
5. Poor
6. Below Average
7. Average
8. Above Average
9. Smart
10. Wise
11. Philosophers
12. Enlightenment
UUs are optional, but help in battles.
