OMG I just had to post this
I finally called my web hosting company about my dead links (i wanted to see if i could get them up and working again)
My account went to 120% bandwidth capacity, thats why they shut me down. 93% (total) of that was yesterday in the 3-4hr period that my link for the patch download was active... The 20% overag before my account locked would of cost me $200 in overage charges (though i got those dropped).
I don't think i am gona host anymore civ4 patches
