Bad news: Wavenom just closed permanantly and with it our hopes of going w/ anybody but XKHosting. They're the only free hosts left that are going to have the kind of space that we need.

A colonisation program for every civ (i.e. a small wonder that produces colonist units at intervals) doesn't sound that bad to me, and represents "reality" quite well, I think, considering most colonists seem to be from their original planet, and it would more realistically give spheres of influence... although it does have its problems, obviously...

If you folk need leaderheads, I have some flag ones which I made a while ago. They're only Klingon and Federation, but it'd be really easy to whip up some for other races.

I'm not sure if they're what you're looking for, but they'd probably work as placeholders until you got actual 3d ones in.
