for some reason I keep loosing my msn connection (maybe msn is angry cause I kicked his buddy IE? )

So, I uploaded the mod here, it's the 0.6.2 version so you will need to download the 0.6.3 patch from page 28. To upload it here, I split it using winrar into 15 parts (yeah...I know...) anyways you can't upload .rar files here, so I zipped the rar files. To install it:
-Download all 15 files (links below)
-unzip all 15 rar files into one folder
-open part1.rar with winrar or something else that can open .rar files, it will open all other parts too

Anybody got suggestions for governments of Klingons, Cardassians and Dominion?
for Dominion I came up with Union as basic governments, and Dominion as advanced one, but maybe you can find something better?

for Dominion I came up with Union as basic governments, and Dominion as advanced one, but maybe you can find something better?

Well, the Klingons are governed by a High Council and a Chancellor who is selected by the members of the High Council (usually, the Chancellor elect is the one left standing after all the fights for honor), so I would say that the Klingons should have some form of Fascist Fuedlism in earth terms. But to give it a name that fits within the trek universe, that's hard...

I have no clue in regards to the bloddy Carddies...

Perhaps the Dominion government could be The Great Link since they are governed by the founders who are changelings after all.

Well the Cardassians should have access to both a military-styled government dictatorship and a civilian controlled government (Since that was a big issue in DS9 afterall). In fact why limit the government types available to each civ in the first place? Why can't the Cardassians or Romulans start a United Federation of Planets if they so choose?

Also- in the screenshots, how come every star's got a name? How did you do that?

Could you imagine a Klingon Federation, based on peace? The Mod starts about ENT time, at that point of history the behaviour of the races won't change drastically anymore. If you would start long before the races develop space travel, you could imagine a klingon federation, as there could be some influence that make the Klingons peaceful people, but 2060 is simply too late.
Additional it got the advantage that I may use governements for race specific boni

The names on the Stars are simply recources, I put a label with the name on it in ther ecources.pcx and assigned it to the Star.

So, should "The great link" be the basic, or the advanced governement? Anyway I'm not sure about that Idea, as the great link just effects the founders, but not ther est of the empire, for teh other races I used names like "Senate republic", "Star Empire", "Federation" something that describes the whole empire. In that context the great link would look a bit like the borg collective, doesn't it? Or is it just me?

I would give a renamed monarchy to the Klingons (high concil)
The Federation could be democratic in the first age (republic), and later they get the Federation (Democracy (with no war war weariness?))

... But should the Borg have inefficiency ?

The Governements fro Federation are Democracy as Basic, and Federation as advanced, Borg got Collective-->Hive, Romulans Senate Republic-->Star Empire. Now I need Klingons, Cardassians and Dominion...

Klingons should have Feudalism and then Monarchy (Kahless is the emperor!), Cardassia a fascistic state but I can´t imagine the "advanced" variant. And the Dominion... Well I don´t know. BTW is someone doing the Nebula class? This would be my next project otherwise.
