King Yax Moch Xoc layed in one of his great swimming pools. he tryed to rest a bit. it was damn hot (40.8°!!! my ancestors were vikings! WTH?) but he still had no news about the azores. And another thing worried him. his land was pretty big now. it was hard reign over the maya from such a great distance. he had
heard news about a land in the north, which split his land into provinces. perhaps he could try it too... but he had to think about some usefull names,which a busy ruler like he could easily memorize.

could you please inform us about your military goals? are you going to attack quebec? some of my priest are worried about your army but i know that you wouldnt attack your old maya friends.

Kingdom of Pheonicia

The Kingdom was once again unified and whole, its enemies had either been weakened so much that they no longer posed a threat, or were completely destroyed.
Isabella was able to return to Grenada and have herself crowned Queen of West Pheonicia; and Ribb-Addi had the capital of the East moved to the great city of Sidon.

The Kingdom Road
Beginning in the Pheoni-Greco city of Byzantium the Kingdom road stretches across the Kingdom to the great Pheoni-Numidi port of Oea in the far west.
The Road moves from Byzantium to Angora to Antioch south to Tyre and Sidon, then onto Raphia and the Suez; moving West to Memphis and Alexandria, the on to Kyrenica and then the East gate of Karthenon-Leptis Magna- to Karthenon itself to the West gate of Karthenon-Leptis Parva- and onto Hippo Regius; and finally arriving at Oea.
As yet there are no plans to expand the road into the Pheoni-Spano provinces.
PRACTICAL GAME EFFECT=
The Wonder will upgrade the existing road network in the Kingdom to better facilitate land transport. Increasing the economy by 2/3 levels.

Orders of Pheonicia=
-Divide the armes and Navies in half.
Half of the armed forces to become Western Pheonician Armed Forces (W.P.A.F) and the other half become Eastern Pheonician Armed Forces (E.P.A.F).
-Begin construction of the Kingdom Road wonder.

-Construct the Kyrenica-Oea leg of the Kingdom Road

In the North Atlantic, it seems the FNA has regained some of its stability. In Britain, before the soldiers could even arrive, the rebellers layed down thier weapons, seeing the futility in thier uprising.

In Canada, though, the Inuits fought valiantly and held the Greelanders to a strip of regained land. The losses stunned the Greenland generals, who expected an easy victory. But, from the south, a Quebecan attack has devastated southern new Inuitia. They have captured miles and miles of land from the undefended countryside.

Mayans land in Azores. As they do, the Dutch are sighted. And because of that, all of Europe now knows about the Mayans. This makes some Mayans feel a little uneasy...

Swizterland annexed to the Holy French Empire!! Not really having much of a national identity, the Swiss united with France too help them in thier climb to European hegemony. Royal Marriages have also been arranged with the Netherlands and Denmark.

In Macedonia, the situation is becoming stabalized but the cost is still very high (-2 economy levels) for the German coffers. Many in the upper ranks of the German royalty are urging the leader to take Yalta's offer of 3 economy levels.

Trade in the Baltic has become extremely profitable as Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, and Poland peacefully compete for trade in the region.

In Babylon, Assyria, the first museum has been opened to the public. It chronolizes the brutal history of Assyria and several other nations of the world, and describes Assyria's change from the most warlike to the most peaceful.

Temujin of Mongolia has died, and filling his place is his son, Kublai Khan. He is unlike his father in that he wishes for a peaceful and stable Mongol Empire. He begin this by reuniting with Suzdal, showing Europe that Mongolia's ambitions there are done for. Second, he exstinguished the rebellions. 2 were taken out forcefully, while the third decided to adjoin itself to North Korea which has willingly accepted them. Third, he began the construction of three buildings:
The Khan palace
For the First time in Mongol history ever the Khan have built a Palace.
The huge Palace was 1 huge castle looking building. The huge building was in the size of third of the whole new capital! Most of it was the Imperial gardens that were opened to everyone to see.
The Great Duma
The Duma was built for the outsiders of Mongolia.
The Georgians, Russians, Koreans and all other people that lived in Mongolia have got the right to choose a Duma goverment and handle their own inner buisness.
The Head Statue
To show the World mongolia have not became a peacfull and weak country the Khan have also ordered the built up of a huge totem tower made of the rebellion people heads. This was a ugly sight and was built right near the Duma, to show them what happans to rebelles.

War breaks out in Asia!!! Preparing for decades, the Mughals armies marched into China. Giagntic clashes of force, unseen so far in history, have killed thousands as the two sides sway back and forth in battle. The Mughals, having attacked first, have managed to take control of a strip of land near Indochina.

In retaliation, Perthian armies secured Singapore and landed in Thailand. Indochinese armies, hit by disease and still recovering, have been slow to react.

The Mughals allies, Oman and Uzbekia, have invaded Mongol lands in the hopes of dispatching them early. The massive force of Mongolia has forced them into tough battles around the rugged terrain of the Caucasus and around the Gobi Desert.

As battles on land are waged, a large battle for control of the Indian Ocean is also taking place. Perthian ships have been sunk near Java, but the navy quickly regrouped and attacked in large numbers near Sri Lanka, which is a favorite Ethiopian dock place.

Sicily also got into the battle, grabbing the Northern Madagscar Colony from Ethiopia, as well as 2 Seychelles islands.

In Japan, people anxiously await the militaries response to attacks on China.

Also, in the Mediterrean, it is unknown what the Phoenicians are contemplating.

A horrible dry spell, and several locust infestations have caused famine and death in Southern Poland (-1 economy level), and people want a solution.

North Korean laborers continue to work on thier new capital, promising its glory will be the envy of the world.

Also in North Korea, Kim Jong Sung has begun the training of an elite force of soldiers named the Pyong Guard.

Mayans finish a wonder of sorts.

Phoenicia splits into two kingdoms, one headed in Sidon by Ribb-Addi in the East, and the other headed in Granada by Isabella in the west. They have already begun a Kingdom Road between themselves.

QUEBEC

The Rebels were quickly falling in the hands of the Quebecian forces. The great battle plan and strong troops were gaining lands. It was all working out for the Quebec people. The siege would continue.

Ecnomy was now better, but not good enough. If they got out of this slump, the economy would be stable again, and people would be happier about it.

People were liking Quebec even thought their ecnomy was failing. They liked how people handled things, and everyone got along with one another in the nation as a whole.
