- Russia will keep Constantinople (This will happen, like it or not. Establish a new capital in Ankara

- You will pay 2 economies to Russia and 1 economy to Turkistan.
- You will withdraw all forces from the current borders and the independent Arabian state
- Russia and Turkistan offer a military alliance to the Ottomans
We also demand that Greece withdraw to it's prewar borders, this is not their war.
