Stealth Attack???

Does anyone elses Stealth Attack work?

Becuse mine dosent.

Well, Im Supposed to be able to SELECT a Specific unit in a STACK of units and bomb that unit

It's stealth attack, not stealth bomb!

(although I'd love if precision bombing let you specify a target -- either improvement or unit...you don't have to hit it with 100% accuracy, but at least it would be nice to be able to give your bombers specific targets)

Not quite. In the epic game, stealth attack is an ability only given to submarines - it allows them to select which unit in a stack of ships to attack. I believe a form of stealth attack is also implemented in the Feudal Japan scenario, but I haven't played that yet.

Not Quite,

If u open up the EDITOR, u will find that Stealth Fighter and Stealth Bomber are Equipted with Stealth Attack
and so is the F-15 also equipted, I know every # in this game, ty

I believe they are supposed to be. See if it works with subs (perhaps it doesn't actually work with bombard).

Im thinking that it has a bug, and thell fix it in the next patch.

Becuse when the first Civ 3 came out, Air Supperoity missions did not work

one thing I dont understand yet,

WHY, would Stealth Fighters have an Attack of 8???
They are incapable of attack = ( No Air Supperoity Mission Avalible) open the Editor
Plus, they realy messed up, becuse now Stealth Fighters Defend better then Jet Fighters, So does The Stealth Bomber. Jet Fighters REQUIRE a Defence of 8, Fighters REQUIRE a Defence of 4, F-15 REQUIRES a Defence of 8, Stealth Bomber needs to go back to Defence of 0. And MABEY Stealth Fighter should have same Range as a Jet Fighter, MABEY, havent Decided yet.
Thats how we play in My Scenario's. Any thoughts Anyone???

No nothing of that is required.

They got higher defense so in cases when they are intercepeted, they don't get automaticly shot down (even Destroyer with AA of 1 could do so).

As for attack, sure it doesn't do a thing, but doesn't harm anything too.

And Stl. Fighter does not defend better, since it does not have air Superiority. Right?

By the way, don't foget that those Stl. Fighter need some advantage to make them useful compared to Stl. Bomber.

High defese is pretty much stats against AA. If they don't have Air superiority, they can't shoot down enemy planes.

No, you said you wanted to select a specific unit in a stack to bomb, which is the same thing. Stealth attack does not apply to bombing. Try not to get so defensive, did you not see the smiley?

Okay, Steal attack works fine for me. Are you sure that the ability "Stealth" wasn't checked and you read a typo? Haven't read your proof yet, once I do, if this is not correct, please ignore this post.

Aha!!! It's the beta leak site. It may not be true in the final version. Check to see if it has stealth attack in the editor. Also, stealth attack is available in Middle Ages, and I think Age of Discovery too.

Dude, it was a Funny Defencive

And Stealth Attack is just an extra option, way to attack, The Aircraft still has to Bomb to Attack. So I was correct
