Army Commander Attack Options Greyed Out?

Hi!

I've packed 1 warrior and 3 Chu-Ko-Nu (archers) into one Army Commander, and was able to attack an independent settlement (barbs) earlier, but now that Confucius has declared war on me (brand new sentence?) and his Army Commander is butted up against mine, all my attack options on the bottom row are greyed out. Any ideas why? Is it because I have a mix of units assigned to this AC?

1. You need to unpack your units
2. Those units need to have valid targets as commander doesn't attack by himself, he just directs nearby units for coordinated attack

Also, both the Commander and any units need to have movement points available.

As someone who reads all the popups the army commander does have a steamroll attack if the estimated power is more than 5:1. Haven’t seen in game yet.

Thanks all, I could have sworn I attacked a barb earlier all packed up, but I must be mis-remembering and had some boys flying solo.
