Stealth abilities like the spy will have will also have certain conditions i assume. If a tank bumps into ur spy is he discovered?

aussielurker mentioned great people getting killed by a spy...interesting speculation there.
There may be other stealth units and it looks like there is a stealth upgrade (or is there?)
