Please, can anyone show both the gameplay settings menu and the graphic settings menu with all the options? Greatly appreciated.

I am in exploration age with the Mongols and it is going swimmingly! :D Might need to up the difficulty from Sovereign to Emperor. :)

I did in the other thread you wrote in. ;)

Well, the game detects by Nvidia graphics card, but then presents me with a bunch of graphics options for AMD cards. I can't select DLSS or other Nvidia things.
AMD (and intel) things are open gpu independent to all and work with Nvidia. Nvidia things are proprietary and work only with nvidia.

So you are safe to use AMD or intel if you do want upscaling. If you only want standard anti-aliasing you can use MSAA.

Edit: Sorry I replied quite old and answers might have been here already…

Up and running, but I seem to be missing revolutionary Napoleon.
Same. Amusingly, the game crashed for me when trying to check Napoleon's legend milestones. Oops.

I stayed up too late.. The UI needs work, but I was also just...cruising... If I'm doing more planning in my next playthrough then yes...absolutely , the UI needs better tooltips, I need to know more about what I have built where and what it is doing for me now. I think I was too busy with my army commanders and just casually throwing down buildings for it to really impact my enjoyment. I couldn't sleep half the night all I could do was think about what to do next, and for me that means CIV is SO back. it wasn't gone it just went to sleep but I'm every bit as hooked, it feels stuffed with stuff, I can't wait to see it a year from now more polished with more civs and features worked out, maybe a UI overhaul, some stability updates.

The UI needs better everything. Tooltips, explainer text. Just... stuff.

But yes, the game is fun. Very fun. The fun is being held hostage by a delinquent UI, but it's definitely there.

Yeah, but it would be nice to get real support for what is by far the most popular brand of graphics cards. I'd much rather use DLSS than AMD's comparatively bad FSR.

There are other AMD options further down on that page, too, which seem to be turned on by default for me.

Yeah, I've tried restarting the game and logging in and out of the 2k account, but it's still not showing up. The Twitch banner is also bugged and not unlocking.

Me, too. Napoleon is available to play, but checking his milestones the first time crashed the game. The second time, the game almost crashed, but eventually recovered. I haven't tried a third time.

Weird. I haven't had any crashes.

I had a freeze-up, but it was my PC's fault, not the game

I have an almost-repeatable bug with my dual monitor setup. I have the game running FS on the big monitor and whatever else (web browser etc) on the other. I'll (sometimes) get a crash if I click onto something on the other monitor than back into the game. I think it's a videocard/other configuration issue. When I get back to the game this evening I might try putting the game in windowed mode to see if that helps.

Does anyone know what "default" screen resolution is in the game settings? Is it native monitor resolution or 1080?

I play windowed on 3x screens and use the three screens while I play without any crashes, so perhaps try that?

I've had the same bug I got in 6 where the map scroll gets stuck. I need to hit the arrows in 100 random directions to fix it. Other than that its been ok....for now, I'm only 2.5 hours in.
