Still has black borders

The patch has not fixed the black borders problem.

I am at 1920x1080 60Hz.

I have to go into video options, change the resolution, and then cancel to get full screen.

I have Win 7 64 bit, quad speed I-5 2300, HD7770, 8 GB RAM

Same here. Using Radeon 6970x2 with 14.12 AMD Catalyst Omega Software.
