The American Confederation continues it's onslaught into the Western USA, taking much land in the south and north. The Western USA had to split it's forces to counter a new foe on it's western coast - Azteca.
Australian navy, after being blockaded by the Japanese, used force to break the line near Sydney, a vital shipping line for the Australian nation. Australia thus declares war on the Japanese, and the invasion of Indonesia has begun (didnt expect that, did you Sheep? lol).
The Andes Confederation, in cooperation with Rome, begin to make small advances in the north of the country. Roman legions lead the armies. However, a new ally to China has taken part in the war Brazil. In promises of army training and land, Brazil reinforces Chinese lines and plans on an invasion in the early future.
In the meantime, China has begun the invasion of Azteca, but to no prevail. A manslaught of Chinese troops in Panama leads to only a small amount of land gained, and the largest losses in a single offensive movement yet in the war.

Congratulations on the formation of the UN and the construction of its headquarters in Rome. The United Nations headquarters in Rome are an example of 21st century security, and poses to be the safest place on Earth.
Many countries follow Romes examples of defense institutions and constructions.
Two nuclear warheads are being constructed one in Switzerland and one in Indian-controlled Himalayas.
Further additions to rules
You may train your soldiers in certain fighting environments such as rainforests, deserts, plains, etc. You may also train your soldiers to fight a certain way, such as the Romans did. Training usually takes only 1 turn, but to keep it up you must say it every turn.

I had decided to go on a tour of the nation to try and shore up support and loyalty for my administration.
I also wanted to see how well my programs of improvement on the nation were proceeding, it concerned me greately the amount of people who were dying because of a simple lack of facilities and funds to hospitals.
VikingLand was once the most powerful and rich nations in the world, now we were one of the poorest. One could say it was poetic justice, if the grim reality wasnt to harsh.
The ironic thing is all the money that the country had was squandered by the nobles and the royal family over the generations, and not one peasant; I use the term figuratively of course; had even uttered one word of protest, whether because of loyalty, or fear, or even ignorance due to their situation
On my tour of the nation I discovered who I was popular with and who I wasnt, who was the most loyal to me and who wasnt and what I discovered was quite surprising.
Firstly I discovered that the people of PictLand and Dalraida where the most loyal of the Empire overall, not the people of the "homeland".
Second I discovered that the most loyal group of people and the group i was most popular with in the Empire was the poorest of the poor, and the wealthier and noble citizens well lets just say that the dissent amongst the so called "Loyal" noble class was astonishing.
Third I found that the wealthier classes were not at all happy about my reforms and were perfectly happy to squash those beneath them for eternity. Not that they would do anything about it of course, the Imperial Armed Forces were firmly under the control of the Crown, IE Me, as 90% of the forces have their origins in the "lower" classes, the classes devoutly loyal to the Crown, IE Me.
What people did not know is that I myself am a devout Democrat, in that I would absolutely love to set up a Republic or a Democracy in VikingLand, but at the moment it would cost the Empire far too much to make that transition.
Therefore the Empire stayed.

We propose to you that we temporarily join forces to defend the Western united States. We know that you hate "capitalists" but we also know you hate facists more than capitalists. The Capitalist ruling the West US are far better to have as a foe than the Facist ruling the Confederation of the US.
If Russia will support and join us, then VikingLand will join Russia and anyone else who decides to support is, in a declaration of war upon the Confederation of America and the Aztec Empire.

In a recent speech President Nelson Mandela restated the Zulu's proposition for world peace, and in a last call he ask that both China and the American Confederation to stop their attacks on other nation's sovreignity, especially now that the world's pubblic opinion is turning against them.
