To Britain
From Egypt

Remember that the Pharoh's do not opress the peace loving workers and peaseants of the People's Republic of Egypt no more. They were liquidated at the onset of the Second Revolution. A cease fire however is preferable to no peace at all, but be warned any harsh peace dictats will be considered unfavourable to a long standing peace between the Committern nations and the nations of Fascsim.

To Egypt
From Britain

We want nothing less then peace and stability with the Committern. However, if you continue to try to dictate fascist matters and wheedle other nations to believe we are evil, then you are only bringing more hatred upon Egypt. Try not to involve yourselves with the fascists, and we will do the same to Egypt.

To Britian
From Egypt

The only reason I will have to step in is if the Fascist Alliance either make the Prussian government weak, prpohibit their self defence or impose too harsh a terms. We are not disputing the fact that they are at fault, but do dispute to harsh a peace.

The only other reason Egypt will interfere what you term Fascist matters will be if they infringe on any other state. Egypt prides itself as the defenders of the free world. We will defend our friends and allies from unwarranted aggressions from the fascist nations.

'Unwarranted aggression'?! I'll tell you what 'unwarranted aggression' is, the invasions committed by Pacifica and Prussia against the Fascist Alliance. Such 'unwarranted aggression' should be dealt with by us as we so choose. We never got involved in Egypt's treaty with Congo and we demand you do the same now.
Prussia attacked us because they allowed themselves to be forced into it by Pacifica. They could have talked to us, asked for protection, but instead they attempted to invade. Now I must do what my people demand and get the reperations Denmark deserves...
Yours,
Chancellor Artur Hendrik

To: Prussia
From: Denmark
Although we can accept that you were forced into the war by Pacifica we still believe that your attack was wrong and you should have consulted us. Therefore following discussion with your Government we have revised the treaty to suit us both a little better.

The Treaty Of Gdansk
- Prussia shall decrease it's military to no more than 1,900,000 men. This is solely a defensive force to protect against invasions. These restrictions are temporary and are to last for 5 years (5 turns).
- Prussia shall sign a NAP with Denmark and Greece.
- Prussia shall have a limited military navy. 6 Destroyers and 2 Battleships. This is also a temporary restriction to last for 5 years (5 turns).
- Prussia shall have no air-force. Temporary for 7 years (7 turns).
- Prussia shall not be allowed Conscription for the 5 year period.
- Prussia must give 2 Economic levels to Denmark to pay for the sneak attack and damages done. This can be paid in installments over 5 years (5 turns).
- Prussia must give 1 Economic level to Greece for the loss of troops on their side. This can be paid in installments over 5 years (5 turns).
- Greece shall be given the land they have captured (As shown on the Map).
- Denmark shall gain lands in the North-West of Prussia (As shown on the Map).
- Denmark shall return the port of Gdansk to Prussia.
- Prussia shall hand over their Recife colony to South America.
- Prussia shall accept that they were the aggressors in the war between Denmark, Greece and Prussia despite the fact that they were forced into it by the International Dominion.

To Britain:
and wheedle other nations to believe we are evil
(from your message to Egypt)
We also do not seek war with you or your Alliance, but the Fascist Alliance members also called the International Comittern evil and/or warmongerers. Do not criticize us for something that your own allies have done as well.

From BURR
To Denmark (and Greece and Prussia)
This new revised Treaty of Gdansk is fair and we hope you will all agree to it to replace a temporary cease-fire with permanent peace.

I will not sign the peace treaty, I probobly will, but not right now, becuase we have to ask Greece some stuff first, and the treaty may be changed.

You have just made clear that you do intend to infringe on the rights of the Fascist alliance to defend itself from outside aggression. It is as crystal in your last message. If we are not allowed to defend ourself by placing military restrictions on a nation that has unwarrantly attacked Denmark, then we may fall to another attack, for what is stopping Prussia from waiting and devising a new plan?

You pride yourself as the defender of the free world, we pride ourself as the defenders of the Free Fascist World, and so we shall defend ourselves from such an attack that was produced from Prussia, and we shall make the peace we want.

Britain hereby calls upon the Fascists to ignore Egypt's demands for a peace treaty that they approve of. It is not Egypt's call, it is Denmark's, Greece's, and Prussia's call. No more shall Egypt defend the warmongerers and harbor rouge nations.

We thank you for your gratitude done to help convince the Prussians this is a fair treaty. In Britain's eyes it is a little lopsided towards the Prussians, but that is our opinion.

To Denmark
From Britain

How about, in the treaty, you have all the military restrictions up for review in five years. That way you can meet and discuss if the Prussians have proven themselves able of withholding a military capable of an offensive war.

From BURR
To all Comittern and Fascist Alliance nations (and, in effect, the whole world):
Let's just all agree that no matter how hard we try, the Fascists and Socialists will never be able to cooperate with each other unless there is a major threat that threatens BOTH sides of this cold war. There is no more point in arguing because no matter how hard one side hits the other, the other side will hit back with the same arguments and the same impact.
But that's just the opinion of BURR.

To BURR

Unfortiuantley we will have to agree on this.

To Prussia

This peace settlement is fair.

To Denmark, Greece and Britian

The treaty of Gradnsk receives my endorsement, and future refusal by the Prussians will not be supported by Egypt. We thank you for you forberance and your wish that the once again forming cold war does not turn into a 'hot' war.

To: Prussia, Denmark, Greece, Britain
From: Spain

Remember, we were at war too, but we of course will sign peace.

To: BURR
From: Spain

We agree with you (for once :)).

To the world
From SAF

Regarding the statement made by the BURR, we would like to say that we disagree. It is possible to cooperate and live together, however to do so, both sides will have to compromise their most extreme possitions. Both political partis do exist in our country, and so far they have managed to cooperate.

alright here's the strength of the alliances
Pacific Alliance (Pacifica, China, Vietnam, Johanite Union)
21 million troops
145 ships
5 destroyers
16 battleships
8 u boats
58 ironclads

Facist Alliance (Spain, South America, Denmark, Scandinavia, Britian)
25.2 million troops
250 ships
86 destroyers
27 battleships
5 submarines
10 dreadnaugts
26 bi planes

International Committern and ACE (USSA, Egypt, Sahara, Madagaxar, Russia) (Arabia, Morrocco,SAF,Mozambique, Sinhalan Commonwealth)
31.6 Million Soldiers
189 ships
40 destroyers
5 battleships
4 subs
8 dreadnaugts
30 fighters
15 bi-planes
5 ironclads
5 cruisers

In case no one has noticed, the combined strength of the Socialists and Pacificans is far greater than the Fascist power. The reason there is no war right now is because the Fascists know they will lose.

I must notice that the IC forces include the ACE member countries, and ACE is not a military alliance. For one, SAF would do everything possible to stay out of any war against the Fascist Alliance.

OOC: dead_rat, if you were't aware, we beat the Dominion, and the Socialists are angry at the Dominion because we found evidence that said they wanted to take Africa. Besides, then we beat the Dominion. Trust me, we won't lose if fighting breaks out.

Congo Joins International Commitern!

In a surprising report from the Congolese-Egyptian front, peace has been reached between the two sides. Further-more, relations between the two countries have achieved such a high-level in the aftermath, that Congo is now part of the International Commitern.
"We are very pleased that a diplomatic resolution has been achieved in the conflict" announced Madagascar prime minister David Mareni at the most recent national adress. "In these troubled times, less bloodshed is most certainly the best course to go. We are looking forward to working with the Congo and it's leaders as partners in the International Commitern"
Rumors are abundant that Mareni's goverment was set to send military support to Egypt in their march to the Congolese capital, but with the joining of the Congo to the IC, the same organization Madagsacar had joined a little over a year ago, the situation is completely different.

Mareni Predicts an Increase in Economy

During the latest national adress, published in the Antananarivo Daily several weeks ago, Mareni hinted at further economic reforms. Today he explained to all of us exactly what he meant.
"Madagascar has essentially been an agricultural nation for most of it's history. That is a fine part of our heritage, but we must move with the times. I am starting a program to bring in factories to Madagascar" he explained.
The factories Mareni talks of are, as far as the Antananarivo Daily can tell, to be centered around Antananarivo and to produce various appliances and goods. Experts say that Mareni's MNP (Madagascar Nationalist Party) hopes that this will increase both the economy and living standard at once.
"Really, we're far behind the rest of the world in living standards. Why not take out two birds with one stone?" asked one flustered MNP official.
Madagascar's economy has already underwent major reforms. Madagascar's agricultural economy is now concentrating almost all of it's power into money crops such as tobbacco and coffee, with those capable of it focusing on grain.

Prime Minister to fly to Inernational Committern Talks In Moscow

Prime MInister Mareni has also revealed that the first official meeting of International Committern states that will include Madagascar will be in an upcoming Moscow summit. Mareni hopes that the talks will lead to an increased role of Madagascar in world politics, a set goal for member nations, and perhaps even make key changes to the structure of the organizaton.

--------------------

Orders:

- Increase economy by building factories around Antananarivo (the capital) that would also help the living standard
- Change name of leader to "David Mareni"

To Madagascar

We are very interested in developing closer relations with your nation, but regretably during the last few years we were at war, and so this was not one of our priorities. We are proposing a trade treaty to be signed between our two countries that would allow traders from both countries to trade freely in the other.

From Madagascar
To SAF

We would be more than happy to agree to any trade agreements and routes between our two countries.
