The South American empire was no more.
With the leaving of emperor Erez to a trip around the world the country have became a democracy and people went to elections.

After the elections ended with the victory of the democrats and the federalist the chosen government for the country have been chosen as a Federal Democracy.

Surinam, the rebellious country has been chosen to be an autonomic state of the Empire.

After the vote it was sure that Surinam will become a full autonomy in the Empire.

Economic reforms to create a stronger agriculture and industrial capacity and strength are to be voted upon.

Yes only to Industrial reforms- 11%

While the religious party chose no reforms what so ever the communist and socialist for the first time did not went to vote together.
While the communists only agreed with the industrial reforms together with the fascist party, the Socialist went only with the agriculture reforms.
Of course the Democrats, Republicans, Federalists and Monarchists all went all with full reforms in the economy.
In the end both reforms were chosen to be.

Change in name for the empire.
After the emperor has left the empire was no more a despotism. Although everyone waited for his return all knew the name must change.
2 new names were created to the vote but the Monarchists were against the change.
USoA- United States of America- 62%
USoSA- United Socialists of South America- 20%
SAE- South American Empire- 18%
While the religious, Monarchy and Fascist wished to stay with the old name they got the lowest number of votes.
The socialists and communist again were united with the name and wished for the name to have "Socialist" in it.
All the Free parties united to have no government type in the name and wished for the name to be clear and simple, and Of course they won this vote totally.
The new name of the country was from now United States of America or in short USoA.
After the first votes ended everybody knew each party was very united. Each part while voting pushed all its power into 1 vote. Seemed like when the free parties are united nothing can stop their votes.
Right after the votes the new changes have been taken into the real world and begun to take place.
At first the new Economic reform used the radio and other communication ways to spread the use of better work tools and to go to work.
From an unemployed rate of 4% the country lowered the number to 0.4% Unemployed!
Huge amounts of people left the big cities and went into the Amazon forests to help cut the trees and prepare the land. Brazilia, the only big city in the area, gave all the new people homes and grew farther more. More than 3,000,000 new citizens left their old homes and built a new house in Brazilia! The forests were starting to be cut and the huge railroads from all over the country were being connected to Brazilia. People begun to wish the city to become the capital and the government did approved it but a vote was yet to be taken.
Together with the reforms in agriculture around Brazilia huge amounts of industries were built in the Autonomic state of Panama and in Venezuela province. Venezuela from one of the poor provinces in the empire becomes the fourth richest province! Panama have always been the first in economy and now it passed the second largest economically province by more than 500%!
With the changes huge amounts of workers rushed to help build the new Panama Canal. The add-ones were building up and the defenses were already ready.
All that is left was 2 years of work maybe even less with the workers rush and the Add-ones will be completed!
In Surinam the new autonomic government has made their own little changes. The begun t build industries around the southern coasts and the small cities there became bigger. The Africans, as part of the government, made the Africans go to the northern parts of the Autonomy and Many Africans settled the real state of Surinam. More than 80% pf the population in real Surinam were Africans!
In other news a message was sent to the Fascist about the leaving of the alliance.
to Fascist alliance:
After talking with Britain about our peace with Pacifica we found out that if Pacifica decides to not sign peace no ally will aid us to get one. This worried the state and we have found out the alliance will not help our country even after all aid we given to them. By that we declare that the USoA is leaving the alliance.
to China:
Will you agree to free the Sioux under your control in North America together with Vietnam? Know that refusing will create many rebellions in your country especially after Vietnam will free Sioux. We do not wish for land or anything just the freedom of the Sioux.
to Pacifica:
Although your navy attack did destroy the Panama Canal We are asking for nothing for peace except the South Galapagos Islands. You anyway cannot control them without the navy you used to have
and the Fascists could easily take it.

Why do you put many soldiers on our borders? You are our brothers we do not wish to have any war with Mexico we wish only their freedom. But if Mexico chooses to not have freedom we will respect this and will stop aiding your freedom.

We might have not been great friends but after being battered by the Fascists for 3 times we understand your aggressive attitude towards them. Will the Commintren sign a NAP with the USoA?
to Vietnam:
We wish to begin a new world wide alliance. Will you agree to join us in a defensive pact?
Also we have not forgotten our deal about Sioux freedom. Next turn the freedom should take place. Are we all ready?

We have never had any real diplomacy until today. But now we are both strong democracies that are free and their people happy. Will you sign a Defensive alliance with the USoA?
