The Inca:

Athualpa looked down at Cuzco from his grand palace. The Inca were a prosperous, hard-working people. A people capable of great things, the Emporer decided.

His advisors presented him the most recent news of the day. Times were good, and times were bad. Some of the families on the frontier were restless, demanding more freedom from the High Inca. This was not good. He decided to himself to use the local gossips to spread rumors of them and how they wanted to rule the other families in the empire. Then they would come to terms. The same tactic his father used to unite the Inca . . .

Other news included regular payment of tribute and minor restlessness of their neighbors. Faster communication was needed for the High Inca. He would call the best engineers in the empire to design a great road system as the first of many great improvments of the empire.

Athualpa decided he must have many more scientists, scholars, priests, and engineers if he wanted to rule his empire successfully. He would call them all together in a great new complex of learning. This way he could increase the number knowleged-ones and thus the technology rate, not to mention being able to keep it uder control and away from his enemies. This would be a wise idea indeed.

Orders:
-Grow economy due to new improvements
-Start wonder: Great University of Cuzco (Increases Education +2)
-Expand in all directions; send army north.

Prussia

SIR!!! IS THE 35TH TIME WE HAVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN ECONOMY TO YOU!!!!, economists told emperor schwartz, who wasnt very well educated as it seemed, he then went to his other advisors and decided to do something about it, somehow he would need aid for his economy and education, a wonder! a grand wonder! one that would attract people, incresing the local economy and eduaction! Prussias Marble Library!

increse economy
if i can increase something else, do education.

start wonder: Prussias Marble Library, 2 education, 1 economy

You can upgrade two non-economy things per turn or grow the economy once and not grow anything else in a turn. This is the 3rd different way I have tried to explain this and it will be the last.

@Naervod: I just noticed that i am in the wrong starting position. Cuzco should be to the south-east in the Andes, not in Equador. Please correct if possible.

Will be corrected for update.

Which leads me to my next thing, update is tomorrow!

GREECE (im now Greece)

Athens, a grand capital to the Greeks, is profiled in this report by the city advisor to Athens, after he measured the city by using boulders pushed by peasants to measure the city in boulders.

The core of the ancient city consists of a flat-topped mass of rock known as the Acropolis. Close to the Acropolis is a lower rock, the Areopagus. Northeast of the Acropolis, the pointed summit of Mount Lycabettus (Likavittus) rises to a height of more than 1000 boulders. There are several other smaller hills.

The location of Athens was favorable for its early growth. The Plain of Attica provided good conditions for farming, while the surrounding mountains gave protection against enemies. There were good natural harbors, yet it was distant enough from the coast to prevent surprise attack from the sea.

The climate of Athens is Mediterranean. The summers are hot and dry, at times oppressive. Winters are mild and wet. Wells, aqueducts, and pipelines were built to hold water to supplement the scanty rainfall.

ORDERS
- Increase the Economy by adding to the grand city of Athens.

-Start a wonder, Harbor of Aegean, (+4 navies)

-Expand into mainland europe, Northwards.

Vikings in 3900BC

The frost on our lip signifies the beggining of this empire. Not to say it means much for this white powder that makes a bed on our groud comes all year long, but it is a signification of goodluck and great times. We believe in it gracefully.

The Vikings see this great blue sea beside us and wonder, is this our destiny? Everywhere in our hearts there is a true sailer or fighter. I love the water and love to sail for this is what we will do. The ocean is bound for our taking, and no one else.

In this matter we have come to a conclusion that military and armed forces will be limited. For this problem I have a solution. More barracks to train more men. Though my scholors say that our resources for this is small and connot support many small barracks. Ahhh, I see. So we will build one BIG set of Barracks with a military school beside it. I will also write a book to be taught in this school called the Art of War for many military strategists from now and on can add to this book and make it the best in the world.

ORDERS:
Increase navy
Start wonder: Viking Military Academy for the Art of War (+4 Armies)
Load army in Navy and sail to Denmark

I think China should take over the world with a great army of small people armed with sticks and butter. The butter men they can call them.Ahh the butter it burns the skin run.....
