Since I can't make two settler groups, make one and send it north, build an army, and send that north with the settlers. Research Agriculture lvl 1. Send the first army to the so-called "barbarians" to help them (i.e. make the army fortify their cities, discuss among them, teach them of our research etc.)

Germans
The Army conquered the Jumbit city without a fight and went back to the battle field to search for survivors. The men searched and scavenged under the rotting corpses but no one could be found. Many of the men began to grow angry and feel even more distaste to the Jumbits. The Germans accepted the Nodorians terms and built the Trade Road. The Nodorians now think highly of the Germans and have become great friends.

Agriculture Lvl 1 was researched to increase the population of Rome. Another army was built near the capital. More scholars were trained in Rome and the education system increased significantly.
China
Jespasian decided more population throughout China was needed. He ordered that Agriculture be researched. China now grows immensely because of agriculture and fishing each turn. The armies were sent with the settling groups to protect them.

The Mayans accepted the Hi-Kas terms and the two joined into a prosperous land. They paid the 1 Economy Level and then dedicated to make a new system of Economy. The settlers continued south and found a new tribe. Lamuda.

The Chinese have the most population due to new researches. The Economy is also increasing allow for more production throughout China.

The Military leader of the Mayans went into high gear and produced another army as wanted. The Armies were commanded to the southern border. The wondering settlers expanded throughout the Peninsula and the Mayans now control a whole area.
HINT Since the settlers are done exploring, it would be a good idea to settle them into a city

if my economy raised and my settlers moved east and settled, then why is warsaw east of the spot the settlers were before (they didnt go east, they went west) and why is my econ 1 instead of 3 (considering it was 2 last turn)

Deplomacy: to Kazan: War will not give you great proffit, it will weaken your armies if not distroy them. It would benifit your empire and mine to merge as one, to form a dual monarchy doubling your armies might, instead of weakening them.
On the other hand if you decline this offer, your "empire" will fall, distroying yourselves in the etempt of destroying ours. Our tribe may very likely not fall to your troops as we are able to train more troops than you.
