Stopping Civ from evolving

Hi everyone.
I want to create a Zombielike CIV.
For this i dont want the civ to evolve in science or build anything but warriors.
can anyone tell me how to accomplish that with the worldbuilder?

It's not possible through the world builder. It may be possible through XML files though. If you're interested I suggest you start with Kael's guide.
