After playing a couple of games i decided that if i were attacking an enemy far away i would raze their major cities.
Now i'm playing a game where I started alone on a small continent. I was content on staying there and buidling my domestic improvements and soon i had tanks while they still had infantry. I decided to attack the main continent with all the other civs there. I took out kiev.. razed it.. then established a minor city.. for the aluminum so now i had modern armor. Now everyone is in a pact against me and I decided to raze each of their major cities and capitols and don't even bother with their smaller cities. I attacked Moscow, but decided against razing it.. it had only 8 pop but had 5 major wonders. It was in the heart of the continent and surrounded by Russian culture. I left one tank there so i don't lose my armies to assimilation. But the strangest thing happened.. or to say didn't happen. Moscow didn't revert.. instead after a couple of turns and then a sweet peace treaty I got a major score contributor and lots of wonders. Has this randomness of reverting happened?
