strange crash (modding)

i apologize in advance for my english language... i am a french modder, and i have a strange crash with my mod. Can you help me ?

seems lik the .pcx for the améloriation you are trying to see is not on civ 256 colours compatible format, in fact it´s not on pcx format even probably, and when your pediaicons.txt loads up the image it dowsn´t recognize it? So you need to get the improvment-small.jpg/gif/whatever into 256 colour and pcx format i guess...

But i could be wrong....

I checked, and all .pcx for ameliorations are .pcx and on compatible colours.

Threre are other same problems : error "6", and "42", or "37"....i don't understand
