Works with a dual monitor setup.
UW monitor disabled, start civ, load game with normal monitor.
Disable normal monitor, enable UW monitor.
Weird graphic glitches.
Close civ in Steam library.
Start civ again in Steam library.
Set resolution to 3440x1440 (in my case)
load game
zoom out.

Now my question.

Is there an easy way to achieve that?

How could you run civ5 on an ultra wide screen?
I have an ultra wide screen of 3440x1440. The interface in civ5 is ok, but at the start of the game the game does not appear, but only the unit icons on top of the opening picture. I cant play.
What should I do? is there a patch? full-screen/window -- its not important. Not work.
