I notice the dates on some of the S&T info is from around 7/2006! Is it correct to assume that this information is timeless? or Would something more up-to-date be in order to learn to play with others tips?
I am at present playing the Warlords exp. on Noble or lower levels (I just don't last that long on anything higher than this), and find that I need advice in just about every area, but especially in the overall civ management, and City management.
I have read through the Sulla stuff and the ALC games but they are for higher levels than I play at. Since the S&T stuff is so old date wise I must confirm whether this material is worth anything at all to someone who is pretty newb.
BTW I am not to serious a gamer as time does not allot for it. But I do enjoy Civ 4 anyways and would like to get better and maybe even try harder levels later on.
