A request to rush cultural buildings in Tonawonda was put forth and denied. A request to poll it was given, so here is the poll. Instead of polling specific structures, I thought it would be better to poll a plan to strenghthen Tonawonda culturally (IE rush cathedral and culture buildings when necessary).
For those who don't know, Tonawonda is the little harbor city at the tip of our continent completely surrounded by Babylonian territory.
Yes - Agree to the plan to strengthen Tonawonda culturally, would entail rushing culture improvements when necessary
No - Tonawonda is too unimportant to matter, we have enough troops there to prevent possible culture flip (MSAV says)
