Suggestion: Leader Ban List

Would it be possible to make a ban list when choosing a random leader? It would be a great option when doing a multiplayer game where some of us think some leaders are a bit too weak, too broken, or we plain just want to ban them for the heck of it.

We were able to get a on/off switch for world wonders so why not for leaders? What are your guys thoughts?

I wouldn't mind it.
I wouldn't use it all the time but if a leader keeps on showing up in my games I might use it on them so I get the chance to see others for a limited time.

YnAEMP has this feature. It's nice to not have to manually select civs in order to ensure certain civs or leaders don't show up.
