I think the time of FIRST building of such improvements would be informative, telling the way my game advanced. It gives a kind of picture on how my civ developed over time

I want to export some of my ideas for a customizable replay:
- Exportfolder for the replay file. Not 'baked' into the save file.
- Player choose at start if the game should be recorded, and/or if when it should end(1000BC for instance for QSC games).
- Replay viewer should be able filter the details. Starting from the macro level to the tiniest micro level(shouldn't be too hard to record it - just a matter of storing bits and bytes). Wonders, improvements, units and casualties and so on.
This could be a very valuable tool to strengthen the game. Good idea V.Soma!
I disagree, Pariah. I think improvements should not be in the game summary. For the entire summary I would be reading: "Temple built in Munich" and "Barracks built in Kyoto".
You could almost say the same about battles, if the summary recorded every 1-to-1 skirmish: I mean, unless all the units of 2 opposing forces are located on the same 2 adjacent squares, one turn's worth of conflict could run into dozen of separate entries.
At the risk of inviting yet more complication: perhaps a summary should be customizable, with a submenu in the game setup letting the user decide which details to include. After all, the computer's virtual memory will theoretically retain every keystroke or nudge of the mouse - until you save the game file.
