I just came back from a killer time at Universal Studios in Orlando, where i live, and I had an awesome idea to create civilizations led by superheros. Strange idea, but could work.

Sounds cool. I like fictional scenarios rather than historical ones. You get more artistic freedom/license without someone pointing out your historical inaccuracies. Will you include Super Villains as rival civs or powerful barbarians? I think this has a lot going for it and you should follow it up; my only thought is that it'd need some custom units to make it really good. I've got some ideas for this scenario so PM me if you get stuck for any.
Thanks a lot Arthur. I like playing Fictional Scenarios also. It gives you more freedom in playing the game as you said above. I guess that villains could play as rival civilizations (that was my idea in the first place) but this doesn't neccesarily mean that even one of the villains has to fight the super heros (you may end up having a super villain as a rival). I was thinking that the police might be the barbarians. The police are involved in stoppign some super heros. For instance, the police want to arrest Spider Man, or they want to stop The Hulk. I would definetly play this scenario more than once, it has almost unlimited freedom.
Yeah. Probably. I'll see if I can get together some cool leaderheads, but Marvel vs. DC? That would be like only 2 civs. I was thinking that I would have a few groups of heros and a few groups of villains grouped in different civs.
For Example:
Hulks: Leader: Hulk
UU: Hulk and She-Hulk
Color: Green
Other Units: Maybe some green units because that is the main color of the Hulk and She-Hulk.

The more different civs the better. You could change the cultural groupings eg European, American etc to DC and Marvel tho'. Or even split it up further so as to have Good DC, Evil DC etc.. Hopefully this will have some bearing on how the different civs treat each other.
