I'd go for Charles de Gaulle and Jeanne d'Arc, as neither were actually leaders of their countries (well, de Gaulle was later, but he's not famous for that), and for Sitting Bull, but I'd also second an update of which rulers remain.

Let me think:
Shaka, (outside of civ and one 10-minute period in my Honors Modern World class, I have never heard him mentioned)
Xerxes, as there are plenty more possibilites for a Persian leader. There have been plenty of empires that are considered Persian (Persia, Safavids, Parthia, Sassanid, Seleucid, Khawarizim, the list goes on and on and on...)
Suryavarman, as his leaderhead is insanely irritating.

Come on guys, you can't base your dislike on Suryavarman on that stupid Civ4 leaderhead, it's not like every leader looked exactly the same in every game. It's like voting against Alexander because he looked like a nerd in Civ3.

You must be joking. Lenin destroyed a Russian Empire and he has a Zero Percent Approval Rating (c) at home. It's ok to change Stalin to Putin, they're about equal i guess, but to Lenin? Then let's change Lincoln to Bush Jr, that will be less stupid, at least Bush Jr didn't manage to destroy USA.
