Svart Game, we must frolick in the forests...

I use X-Y wrap on the Erebus mapscript because it makes the resulting landmass more like a Pangaea map, but still with the huge walls of mountains and strategic chokepoints. Also makes the civs spawn in one spread cluster instead of 3 clumps and then huge tracts of land between them.

I prefer Erebus without any wrapping. And I honestly can't understand why people would want it any other way.

Its a fantasy world, in a fantasy world the planet is supposed to be flat.

Well, while Erebus might be flat indeed, there are lots of fantasy worlds that are not flat. I can't see any reason why fantasy world should be flat...

Erebus (according to Kael) is flat. That does not mean all fantasy worlds are, or that you have to play it that way... I far prefer having an xwrap.

The ywrap just offends my sensibilities too much... I'd rather have impenetrable icecaps than a ywrap.

If the world is flat according to Kael, then why is there an event for circumnavigating Erebus, proving the world is round?

Completely agree on the y-wrap.

In what way? Crossing the North pole should not spit you out of the South. I hate that wrap.

Totally agreed. Anyways, I look forward to watching your game progress, Sir, as I quite honestly play both elf civilizations horrendously. Perhaps I can learn something, eh. Cheers.
