Sweden?

Strange though how much difference there is beside's a swedish person and a finish person.

Sweden and Finland are two of the best places to live in the world ,but if i could choose ,and that would be hard to choose from ,i maybe would choose Finland.
:p

Aww, come on. We're supposed to be brothers of the north!

You must be an only child Mikoyan, else you would know teasing each others is what brothers do all the time ;)

Considering how many last-minute icehockey victories Tre Kronor has had in the past over Finland, a little Sweden-bashing should be perfectly acceptable. :(

And if I thought I had a snowball's chance in hell, I would write AoA a long petition to make Sweden-bashing allowed. :p

Now, seriously:

Our two countries wouldn't be working so closely together if we really would hate each other's guts. And personally, I've nothing against Sweden or Swedish people, I think it's a cool country, and think it's good to have you as neighbours. :goodjob:

No kidding.

American coffee is... well... just about drinkable - if you like stuff as thin as dishwater. And they'll give you as much as you want of it for one price.

Swedish coffee is something else. They boil it!!!

American coffee at least has a use... to take the taste away after you've been forced to drink Swedish coffee.

OK, time to sort things out.

1) I based my somewhat aggressive statement on american coffe on my own experience. I visited Boston, Weymouth, Cape Cod, New York, Baltimore and Washington DC. Everywhere I got the same dishwater excuse for coffee. Not saying its wrong, its just I'm used to strong swedish coffee.

2) Only old or wicked people boil their coffee in Sweden. Its a hellish way of making coffee and I'm sure most swedes agree. We normally brew (drip) our coffee just like God (or whomever) intended.

3) When I say American coffee or Swedish coffee I mean the way of making/preparing/drinking the damn coffee. Not coffee beans grown in the country. I'd like to see coffee bushes survive the swedish climate.

And thats that! ;)

try counting how many times I used the word coffee in this post...

Amazing amounts of very beautiful women!:D
Insanely high beer prices!
Henrik Larsson (just for Stapel, this one's a really good swedish striker)....;)
Lots of forests and very cold in the winter....
Very well constructed bridge between Sweden and Denmark...

That's about it, I think...

Funny with Finland....they speak some weird lanmguage that sounds like amixture between a constipated elk and a badly tuned radio....impossible to understand by the rest of the world...

The drink like nothing else...

The suck at hockey....

The still claim Åland to be part of their country...

still, I always think of Finns as true brothers, I would happily aid Finland in any way, shape or form and I am very, very happy to have them as my next door country..

Cheers to all of you Finns

and BTW, I havn't buttoned my left sleeve yet

;)

What we know about Sweden in Norway:
They have cheap tobacco, booze and pork, therefore like 70% of the population go there once a week to do some shopping, each person trying to bring the whole shop with him through the customs.

When I think of Sweden, I don't think of those beutiful blonde whomen, because we have them too....
I think of regions Jämtland and Härjedalen which you Swedes stole from us in our last war!
Apart from that I enjoy the Norwegian-, Danish-, Swedish brotherhood - Let's start our own country - Scandinavia! ;)

Well, then we want Iceland, Greenland, the Faroes and the Shetland Islands back as our colonies like they once were. And Jämtland and Härjedalen. Ok? :D
