Master of Orion 3, a latest in a classic space empire game. IIRC, it not well regarded.

I think of civ-fanatics before I sleep! It has opposite effect, I admit.

Same here! For some reason I keep replaying my next moves and making up military strategies for my campaigns. And if I found a really good resource or uninhabited island, I get so excited I start to flip out because the settler isn't being built fast enough.
