system error 53

I have install the game and get the shortcut on the desktop.
But when i try to launch it comes up system error 53 servers are too busy. when however i look up system error 53 it is talking about software conflicts...
I am unclear what the error is servers too busy or software?

I had this problem once with civ 5. Do you have an anti-virus program active? If so, turn off real-time scan, try again and then turn it back on. Hope this helps.

Thanks that was it real time scanning (strange though that it does not happen in Civ 5)

Only happens when you are installing (or reinstalling) the game. Shouldn't recur when you are just launching the game in the future.
