Civilization V requires 4GB Ram and a 2.2GHz processor at minimum. I have 4GB but only 2.10GHz, can i still play the game? If so, will it cause any major problems for me?

Pretty sure the requirements haven't been announced.
And there's no reason why Civ 5 would need 4 gigs of ram, that makes no sense.

One of the last things they do during development is performance enhancement, so it's hard to get an accurate system requirement until the very end.
