Well...
We're hopefully going to have all of this where to build Sunny Ts mumbo jumbo sorted out soon, and now I must ask the following question:

Do we wish to prebuild anything?

If so, where? And for what?

If we are to move our Palace, then we need to take advantage of the low corruption in the cities around our present capitol that will become higher corruption once the Palace moves while we can do so. Build what improvements we need while we can do it quickly. Camelot, our highest shield producing city currently could prebuild while the palace is being built elsewhere - as long as we don't free palace jump that is!

I have a pre-build going for a conservatory in my back garden. It's been there about two years, but I guess that doesn't count.

There is no available wonder that merits a prebuild. But a straight build for the FP in preparation for a palace jump is another matter.
