Take me to your leader ???

During a war with the Americans, I got the following at the end of the AI's turns.

I've never seen it before. Is it normal?

you clicked on one of your opponents units (calvary), that's why this msg came up

Yeah, I think that if you click (or maybe double-click) one of the AI's units, that message will pop up. It's asking you if you want to contact that civ. Sort of like a replacement for right-clicking the unit and selecting "contact..."

yep, its a nice feature. saves you the trouble of seeing that ugly foreign relations screen...

You could always just press the d and see all the current civs.

I must have been playing with the mouse or something, as I tried to recreate it, but couldn't.

I've only ever right-clicked on a unit, and selected 'contact...'.

Oh well, mystery solved.
