Governor Whomp of West Licentia. This state contains Old Sarai, Abydos, and Constitution Falls

Here's the current state of affairs. There is a great need for law and order in the wild west. I plan to build courthouses in all three cities so please change the queue for all three.

Abydos is currently our most productive city.

.
By hiring one scientist the research on Metal Casing will not be reduced. Abydos can't afford to grow due to pending happiness issues so we will stop and new citizens to the city. The city will be receiving new MP's from Old Sarai and I would focus the scientist on the commerce tile. Here's how I would assign the citizens pre turn.

Old Sarai is also very productive with its iron mine however as you can see it is also in need of lower its maintainence cost. This will be a long term project since I'd like to get the cottage up use it. Once the cottage is finished please move off the iron to the cottage. Here's how I'd assign the tiles in the meantime.

Constitution Falls is growing very rapidly but also has a high maintence cost to the economy. Once the city grows please use your discretion whether the 2:food: 1 :commerce: or 2:food: 1 :hammers: or 1 :food: 2 :hammers: tiles are most useful. I lean towards 2:food: 1 :hammers: unless the commerce tile is developed for a cottage. Here's how I'd assign the tiles.

Minister of Science
finish Metal Casting, then start on machinery.

SOS...

Trades
Also maintain the Wheat for Wine trade with Russia.
Calendar and 40 Gold from Germany for Polytheism and Alphabet

Relations and demands
Give in to Russian demands to stop trading with Germany.
Do not give into any other demands for gold or tech.

Standard STOP orders
STOP play if we meet any other civ besides Russia and Germany so we can discuss relations and trades.
STOP play if attacked by any civ.
STOP play if any civ asks to go to war on their side.Citizens need to vote.

Again, nothing doing this turn. All workers are released to governors. I am about to resign so if anyone wants an action taken, please tell me, and I'll edit this post.

Official Instructions from the Office of the Censor

The Citizens Assembly has authorized the building of the Globe Theatre. Where and when is to be decided by the Minister of the Interior and the Governors, but you must follow an order to build it when it is given.

Other orders:
  • Set the Science Rate to 50%. It will drop automatically when we run out of gold, but keep it as high as possible.
  • Make sure we're on Hereditary Rule and Slavery. Do not change civics to anything besides this.
  • Do not settle any cities during this TC.
  • Do not declare war on any civs during this TC.

My instructions:

- Spearman S of New Port City: move him to the city
- Axeman E of Toot Uncommon: move him 1 tile to the E ( to the jungle )
- move one of the Archers from Old Sarai to Abydos
- Do not move WarChariot and Swordsman which are unfoging tiles!
- Do not change units names!

There was an idea of sending one unit to explore unknown territory ( in Germany ). Unfortunately no units are available for this task at the moment, all units are used to make citizens happy or to unfog tiles, and I don't want to reduce our garrison at the borders. As soon as a new city will be build near oue capitol, one of the units which is unfoging will be free and I will send him to explore territory.

STOP: if war declared.

The SoW has kindly allowed the spearman fortified S of the city to enter the city to increase happiness, so emphasise food and production for the citizens (2 clams, mine, 3 forest, 2 cottage), and when the city pops to 9, stop working the clams and max production (mine, 3 forest, all cottages, non clam sea tiles). If the library finishes, start on a courthouse, and feel free to add a specialist if you like.

Aftr the worker finishes its cottage, move E to the jungle hill and mine, and then road this hill.

For this TC:

Pre-turn:
remove 1 scientist and put him on the hill 1N2W of the city (-5:science:, +3:hammers:). I would remove the other scientist, to hurry along the settler, but we'd have to spend an extra turn researching metal casting.

Remove Research from the build queue and put in a settler. This unit will be used to found one of the cities near Boaring Wallow.

AFTER Metal Casting has been finished, move the scientist to the cottage 2N1W to work (-6:science:,+1:food:,+1:hammers:+1:commerce:). This will add 2 units to the settler, and help the cottage develop (15 turns to hamlet).

I don't think the settler will complete on this TC, but if for some reason he does, begin building a market, and put the guy working the cottage back as a science specalist.

I think that'll do it. ;)

Use worker to chop jungle 1N and 1NW of FI. If finish, build cottage 1E of FI.

Continue to build Aqueduct.

How much are you missing at the moment?
The President, but the Censor has posted information about the science rate.
Governor of Mic's Gate
anything else?

Here are some notes. Apologies to Gov of BW - missed switch to cottage by a few turns. Hope I didn't mess stuff up for others.
