Hi again, sorry we haven't spoke for a while we have been a little busy!

This letter really is a plead for help, any help would be grateful, particulary techs, even if it involved us paying a loan of some sort after the war!

Lets see if we can broker a peace deal with them both and then have them both help us or have them attack Epsilon. We could offer both of them a permanent non-aggression pact if they stop fighting and help us rid the world of Piffle and epsilon. Think about it...we could still win via space.

That wont be easy since Innovia attacked Loco so i don't know how we get them working together even if we get a peace deal
