Tech Tree help please :)

Hi
I will like to learn to make modifications on the tech tree, where i can find it in the folder and which files it modifies?
There is a utility to modify it?
I will like to try to make a scenario on the ww2 and want to modify the tree, all the help will be welcome

You have to check the mark that says custom rules in the editor.
Then you have to choose edit. Then you can choose civilization advances tab. There you can edit the techs, their abilities and their prerequisits and also their position. Hope that helps

I don't know anything about the editor, but I do know there are WW2 scenarios already available in the C&C forum. Don't know if they'd be exactly what you're looking for, but certainly much easier than making your own.
