So i use the 'Tectonic' map script, and have always played on standard map, and it's always given beautiful wonderful maps. Continents, islands, nice geography, nicely spaced oceans far apart
Then I upped to 'Large'
And.. I'm just getting tiny islands. Like a couple of tiny continents and then islands and the rest of the map is literally ocean.
I chose the 'more land' option and that just goes overboard, giving me a kind of pangea
So I tried 'more land' with 'low sea' levels, and that just gave me a very spirally pangea with lots of inland seas
I can't seem to win. Anything I touch just makes it worse.
Why does the map suck if you choose 'large'? I just want 2-3 big continents, a small continent and lots of smaller islands (though not 1-tile ones) like it usually gives on 'standard'.
Anyone else use this map with advice for settings?
