This game will be on your standard size, emperor class, post apocalyptic world. :nuke: It is a hot, arid, 5 MYO 60% pangea full of restless barbarians.

Teenage: May only accumulate pocket change of 10 gold per city. Must deficit spend if holding more.

Mutant: All cities must be 100% mutant. May only capture or convert a city that was originally mutant. If no longer 100% then only workers may be built there until purity reestablished. Having slave workers is considered honorable.

Ninja: May only steal techs. No trading of any kind allowed. Must always negotiate peace when offered. May never declare war.

Turtles: Units may only enter water tiles or tiles next to water. Rivers, swamps and irrigation will also count as water sources.

Civ: If you have to ask you can't play.

Any takers? Any rule clarifications or additions needed before I register this game? One of these days I am sure to get a SG off the ground.
