Temple of Artemis location

Can anyone tell me why I cannot build Temple of Artemis just NE to my camp (see attached image)? Specifically, I have a camp NE of my capital and would like to build Temple of Artemis on the tile to the NE of it (pinned as Temple of Artemis). But when I select to build that wonder, it offers me just one possible location (on the cattle). What am I missing?

You will need to finish Bronze Working to place the district on Rainforest?

Interesting. I was actually planning to chop the Rainforest first, but is this a requirement to have it removed?

Yes, you can settle on rainforest any time, but to place a wonder or district you will need BW.
