Tensions Arising: World 2016 Scenario

Hello Everybody!!!

Here I am uploading the upgrade of the great Barbarian King, Jedi Pimp at al. map.
I called it Tensions Arising, according to what happened in the last few months in which relationships between Russia and the West (USA, EU, NATO and of course especially Turkey) got worse.
What's new of this scenario. Well I increased a lot the espionage points of the big four civilization of the scenario: USA, Russia, China, EU. This is what media call: The World War III, an invisible war, not fought in the field as the past world wars but fought on the espionage.
The Terrorists state are still present on the map, but following the suggestions of some users of this forum, I weakened their forces. Then, Ukraine and Rebel Ukrain are not at war...
So now get ready for this Espionage World War and remember... INFORMATIONS ARE POWER!!!!!

P.S. To play it just unzip and add the scenario in the Facing Terrorism Folder Mod I uploaded last year. Yeah I didn't create a new mod, just a new scenario.

Mmmmh ok, maybe when i removed units to terrorist territory i removed some tanks too. Thanks for noticing, i'll add some tanks and reupload the scenario. Anyway is not a big problem because russian city productivity is increased a lot and produce them in few turns.

Ok the upgraded version of the scenario. I added some groups of Tanks, not too much but, as I told you before, it is very fast produce tanks.

Really very cool scenario. Every time you find something new to add to upgrade the scenario to actual days, and the idea of a espionage world war sounds really interesting.
I have playied some turns and I am continously attacked by spies. So a net of spies placed in the territory and an agency in each city is important as ever before!!!
Why you improved the relationships with EU?
I remember it was -7 by default and now is -2.
While the relationships between USA and Russia are -7, which I might agree.

Well I improved a little the relationship with EU because their relationship in the reality are not so cold and -7 I thought it was too much. After the attacks in Paris by ISIS Russia was close to France and Putin and Hollande meet up to discuss about joint strategy to strike ISIS.
I think actually the relationships between USA and Russia are much worse than the relationships between EU states and Russia.

Just a change I suggest you. Now Russia is overpowered, I mean it is too much advantaged than other civilizations, even towards USA EU and China.
While I agree that Russia is actually an economic superpower, and in the previous scenario version was poor of productivity, terrain improvements and so on, so I understand why you improved Russia, I suggest to improve even the best cities of EU China and USA.
It is strange to see Russia with advanced factories in his best cities and USA which doesn't have any advanced factory, even in the biggest town like New York City, Chicago or Los Angeles....

Great job, just do these small changes and it will be perfect.

Ok I changed the file with an upgraded version.

I added the Advantaged Factory in the most important cities of USA, EU, and China. Now the game should be balanced.
