Term 1 - Designated Player Pool

I could do a off line one, But i would need clear instructions as i am not a emperor player. I am confident though. First day avalible for me is wensday next week (work tomorrow classes monday and tuesday) after that early friday and then wensday again. I download IRC but i dont know how to get into the civ chatrooms on it.
